Return Window Periods
You have a return and refund window period:
Within 15 days after you receive the package. From the moment the logistics information shows “Delivered”, if you are indeed dissatisfied and the product has not been used, you can contact us for a return within 15 days. Return Eligibility

Return Shipping Fee
