We have designed 3 styles for the patterns: Cyberpunk, Cat, Flower. You can freely mix and match the color of Galaxy buds case and pattern combination. If you wish to engrave a unique personalised phrase, name, birthday wish, or motto, we will laser engrave the text along with the pattern, showcasing your distinct individuality.

If the pre-designed patterns don’t include what you want, you can provide your own preferred pattern. As long as the pattern meets the requirements for laser engraving(refer to the CUSTOM DESIGN section), after placing your order, you can add the image download link in the personalisation field. Shipping

For express shipping to Europe, Oceania and North America, it takes an average of 5-14 days, while other regions take approximately 10-20 days. The precise timing sometimes depends on the efficiency of the local courier services in your country.

Processing Time

Usually we hand-make some unengravable products in advance as inventory. After you place an order, we can typically complete the engraving, packaging, and shipping within 1-2 business days. However, when inventory is insufficient, this time may be extended to 3-5 business days.

Return & Refund

This is the personalized item so that it doesn’t allow to return & exchange. Valid exceptions are when you select the non-personalised option, you may contact us to request a refund within 14 days after you receive the item.

Custom Design

If you prefer to engraving your custom design, please read the follow tips:

– Please don’t include large filled and colour graphic, use text and outline graphic, white and black.
– The format of design file should be transparent png (300 dpi) or the vector(ai, svg, eps) format is better.
– You could upload the design file to your Dropbox, Google Drive or other cloud storage space, then copy the shared file link to the Personalised text field above or send us message.
