The item was as described and seller was very helpful in accommodating my request for a personal design. Very good quality and finish. Delivery wasn’t great due to Evri errors possibly would recommend changing delivery couriers as took well over a week to arrive.

Infinity/10. It came on time and is exactly how I pictured it. It fits my kindle like a glove and it’s even better than my last case. Will definitely be coming back when I overuse this case. The material feels nice and of high quality, the color (blue) is a bit more darker than what you see in the page store, but I actually like that. The fit for my paperwhite 11 is really good, doesn't feel loose or anything. The strap in the back also feel nice and secure when you place it around your hand.

Not only was the kindle cover exactly as described, but Lunafog's communications and customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process, even with the added complication of shipping to an overseas, APO address. I love my personalised kindle cover, really nice quality and the seller helped me develop the design and showed me a preview of what it would look like. There was an issue with me selecting the wrong size due to not understanding the model numbers but they resolved the issue and sent me the correct one straight away. Delivery was a bit slow but that's not their fault. Would recommend!
